Returns

Because our products are sold for laboratory research purposes only, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Returns may be accepted only if:

• The product arrived damaged.
• The incorrect product was shipped.
• The product arrived defective.
• The shipment was lost due to carrier error.

Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• The product must remain unopened and in its original condition.
• Photographs of the product and packaging may be required.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Kratos Research LLC reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before issuing a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping package
• Description of the issue

Upon verification, we may:

• Replace the product at no charge, or
• Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
• Orders purchased in error by the customer
• Products used for purposes inconsistent with our Research Use Only designation

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by Kratos Research LLC.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Refund Policy.
